Not here, 121K. Starter replaced by previous owner. Timing Belt changed by my hands along with the H2O pump

I did get the TPS problem around 140,000.

How do you figure out if the problem is the APPS or TPS? What is the best way to determine this without swapping a new part?

Happened once, outside temperature -20C getting into a underground parking at 23C.
Hasn't happened ever since.
