Selling my 1996 that I have built over the last year. When you open the hood, everything is new except for the air intake, washer bottle, and radiator overflow bottle. 816 miles on new engine. All Toyota Parts. Over $34,000 in receipts. At some point in it's life it rolled down a hill and hit a pole and has a salvaged title. The only damage was to the radiator support. I cut out and replaced the support with a new one from toyota.

  • 1FZFE engine block bored .20 over, crank polished, new pistons and rings
  • New cylinder head, intake valves, exhaust valves, and springs
  • New Engine sensors (water temp, knock, oil level, etc.)
  • New engine wiring harness, injectors, spark plug wires, and distributor cap
  • New water pump, fan clutch, fan, new radiator, and shroud
  • All coolant hoses are new.
  • ABS, Rear Heater, and A/C delete
  • Pacemaker King Brown exhaust with headers from Australia
  • Dobinsons IMS shocks front and rear with 2” Suspension lift and steering stabilizer
  • Powerbrake (not powerstop) front disk brake kit from South Africa
  • Icon Compression wheels
  • Front knuckles rebuilt, front and rear diff seals replaced and fluids changed
  • Exterior
  • Monstaliner Sand exterior paint
  • New front windshield and weatherstripping on all doors replaced
  • Kut Snake fender flares from Australia
  • ARB front bumper
  • Prinsu roof rack
  • Dobinson’s snorkel
  • Interior
  • All panels re-dyed factory colors
  • New door cards from Australia and new vapor barriers
  • New carpet kit, Soundproofing on roof, floor, firewall
  • Katzkin leather seats with heated front seats.
  • Midland GMRS radio, and new Pioneer radio with wireless Apple Carplay / Andriod auto

Ouch.
Really wish you best of lucks in sale.
Bad bad choice on base vehicle for build up, specially for a potential resell.
I don't know, a rust free 80 with a blown head gasket seems like a pretty good base vehicle to rebuild
