Plugs or Pigtails to Plug Bumper Mounted Lights into Stock Wiring Harness Connectors

Does anyone know where I can get pigtails that plug into the stock fog lights and turn signals connectors so that I can install bumper mounted lights for those functions without cutting and splicing the stock wiring harness?

I want to plug into the connectors in the pictures.

The fog lights weren’t bad. I have an ARB and IIRC the provided harness was almost plug and play on my 2006. It is the turn signals I need a solution for.
