plug identification near spare tire?

Does anybody happen to know what this plug is near the spare tire? This would be looking up from the drivers side.

I believe that's the trailer light plug. Toyota/Lexus sells an expensive harness that plugs into it to give you the 4pin plug.

Your 4 pin trailer connector should be the cable in front of the plug. The plug is so you can run a 6 pin trailer connector without an adapter.

thanks for the reply. i have the toyota 4 pin harness on it already, so this must be what Matserelli suggested.
