Does anyone know by chance if you can thread a bolt in the AHC lines at the shock to keep them from dripping. I had my local shop replace with OME. They left the globes and reservoir, but some residual fluid is still dripping out of the fronts. I'm not going back to AHC but an easy fix seems to just cap the lines near the shocks. The pimps have all been unplugged.

If I have to, I'll take the globes off and try to cut the low spots on the lines to let the remaining fluid drain out.

I was looking for an answer to this 2 years ago. Some ppl just stuck a bolt in there with o ring to stop the dripping. There are no threads on that end. Stick the orings inside the grooves and find a bolt that will fit snug in the oring. You can plug it at the globe's. But finding a plug to fit it is a pain. I ended up just slipping a rubber gloves over the ends and zip tie tight.

Good luck

Can you put tubs under the bleed nipples, crack them open and let gravity do the work overnight. Not sure if this will work because of the valves, but worth a shot. Or undo the pipes the other end, let it drain and then refit.

Thanks for the reply, I suspect it will resolve over time. I think wit's just the residual in the lines and the main pump draining down. I zip tied a bag with some paper towels for now so it will stop hitting the ground. I plan remove the reservoir and crack the bleeders this weekend and see if I can get the remainder out. If I have to cut some of the lines out, I'll just do that.

I have used regular bolts to cap the globes, as for the lines, I’m not sure.

Unplug the AHC computer so it will stop pumping fluid out.
