1997 LX450 - I recently dropped my oil pan to reseal the leaking RTV and found a variety of plastic and metal parts inside. But they don't look at all like any internal components I can think of, especially the small metal coils (springs?). Does anyone have any guesses as to what these are?

Plastic is most likely timing chain guides. And agree on the springs being something you’d see on the inside lip of a seal . . .good luck man. 😮

I'm guessing a front main seal spring that got hooked by the broken bits on the ting chain guides as they tumbled around in the timing cover. The red stuff is probably silicone from someone replacing the oil pan to find the parts you now have.
