Hey guys,

My wife and I are thinking of going on a camping/wheelin trip through the Dakotas, Montana and ending up at Calagary area. The time period is the last week of May and the first week of June. Should we be worried about black (horse) fly and mosquito season starting at that time? We'd love to hook up with fellow Cruisers if possible for some local trail guides or directions. Also, I was curious if we should drive east from Calgary through Canada and then drop down through Windsor (Detroit). Is this drive particularly interesting? I'm open to any suggestions.

Thanks.

Don't know if you are allready on your trip, but no black flies in Calgary area. Be sure you get out to Banff area. Unbelievable scenary out there. Drive through Glacier taking Going to the Sun Road, beautiiful drive there as well. Eastern Canada, (10 miles east of Calgary) until you get to Ontario is BORING, wheat fields and flat. Put crusie on, strap your steering wheel and take a nap boring. Good luck.
