Hello all,

I am trying to install the wiring loom, but am a bit lost as to where the "original Toyota looms male plugs" are.... Could anyone shed some light (heh!) as to where they are?

I have no problem with the male plugs to the headlights, it is the two female plugs I am having a problem with....

Thanks!!!

They are simply the plugs that used to plug directly into your bulbs, i.e. they are right behind the headlight housings. Depending on how you layout the harness, you can use the two original plugs from the drivers side OR the two original plugs from the male plugs. These plugs send the power from the headlight switch into the new harness.

So you unplug the original harness from the bulbs, plug those same plugs into the Piranha harness. Then, plug each set of the Piranha male plugs back into the headlights, on both sides. This will leave you with one set of OEM plugs that don't get used, simply tape them up and out of the way.

I'm hoping that clears it up for you?

Can you buy the superloom in the US? Does it include everything including the bulb holders? I had HID conversion done and my stock wiring was chopped up at the end. Will it replace my stock harness or will I need to get a new stock harness and then add this? The HIDs are just too bright and im looking to go back to stock but with brighter lights.

Thanks!
BC
