it was built for an fj60. latch is broken, but can be welded. guy who build it f'd up the spindle setup so it doesn't work either.

Can the spindle be fixed or replaced? If it can be welded thats not a prob
as i have access to a good welder if thats what needs to be done. Can you
show me the parts that need to be fixed. I am very interested in buying
it if you think it can be fixed. what do you think?

one steering wheel is sold. still have one later wheel that needs the horn covers and center pad, and one early style with no horn parts. also, tires have been sold
