I’m trying to replace the wiper inserts on my 2014 and I’m starting to believe I doing have the OEM wiper blade that will accept replacement inserts.

Any one?

It seems I’ve got the OEM blade but at some point, the inserts were replaced with ones that have a rigid strip in lieu of the metal ones.

Dealers install toyota-branded blades that are not real toyota parts nor Original equipment. Comparison pics here:

Got my OEM wiper blades in and decided to compare to the Sightline models that were new on my cruiser when I got it. They would chatter once in a while.. and seeing them compared to OEM, it's not hard to see why. OEM is clearly much higher quality.

Right out of the gate, the factory wipers are significantly more bulky.. this probably comes down to more metal in the structure. Other differences are that the factory blades have a scoop on the front of the outer shell that I presume is to catch some air flow and push them into the windshield at higher speeds. It is a little tough to catch...
