Sweet.
Nice rig too.
The one thing I don't think I like about the set up is the location of the latch -- but that's probably because I'm used to where mine is. It seems like it would be kind of a pain to reach under the tire all the time, but then again...I think that's where Kaymar has their latch.

What does the hi-lift rest on? It's hard to tell -- black hi-lift against the black of the bumper.

I will try and get a close up pic of how the hi-lift mounts onto the bumper..Either later on today or tomorrow...

I saw one yesterday on one of our club member's rigs. His is a LH swing but otherwise the same. The hi-lift base sits on a pin that goes thru the base of the jack and it then goes up behind the tire. The tire mounting plate is not adjustable so the tire is "spaced out" from the plate to clear the jack.

Wow that is an incredible bumper. Any idea on dep angle numbers compared to other after markets?

Fireman just looking that appears to be a 4' highlift? Will that bumper accomodate a 6'? I like the look all the way around. Sweet rear bumper nice protection and highlift mount to boot. Between this and Slee I see my TJM's days as being numbered.

No clue on the departure angle...Maybe Ken would know...I dont have tools to figure it out..Sorry Kids...Its more the stock...I know that, but thats jus eye balling it..

Ken told me it will fit the big hi-lift, and up to a 35" or 315 tire also...

Would like nicer with any thing other than an mt/r on it :flipoff2:

Looks good. That's a lot of tube around the rear markers lol ... those your parking feelers? :flipoff2:

FYI...it's a 4' and a 5'

Safado, your right dude, my bad got the 60" confused with 6' when typing didn't do the math. Ya know engage fingers disengage brain.

But thanks for pointing out the error. :flipoff2:

Thanks for the really good pic's fireman. Ken should be paying you for the nice publicity shots. I finally see some good pics and now I hear he's raised his prices. DOH!!

Tired of people opening doors in compact spaces, hitting your truck? Heh heh. Nice pics. Innovative thinking on the hilift mount. I like the gas spring concept. Good work on the geometry. Looks like you need more weight on the rear. Are you running 863 / 200kg over, or the 864 / 400 kg over? I have the non-J 863's and I have to keep weight in the back to level the ride. It rides really nice with the rear swing away, tire, roof rack, tools, recovery gear, and kids in the back. What are you running without, to have that kind of rake in the rear, other than angling down the driveway? Just wondering... Nice ride.

Has he really raised prices? I was planning on buying one of these in the next few weeks and 1500 or so sounded pretty good.

I saw the latest version of Hanna's rear bumper last time I was up there...hope the new owner posts pics of it- a very cool "expedition-style" version.

FZJ80 Fireman, your truck looks awesome!

Prices have not gone up that much. Steal price has in general gone up therefore the raise in price. Same good quality I am sure. I belive on Ken's site you can find the bumper w/ tire carrier for $1450.

Check here

Thanks FZJ80 for the great pics. Your truck looks awesome.
