Darwood said:Unfortunately I don't think I have any pics of my truck when I had 295's with the stock suspension. If I did post some then neat! However I was looking the other day and couldn't find any. Searching on my name night work since I probably did post to threads about 295's.
All I can say is 295's on a stock suspension is doable, but it's tight. With my Kaymar sagging out my rear suspension I would bottom out on the rear while going over speed bumps with 4 passengers too fast. Of course if you aren't sagging in the rear you should be fine.
I think I just found a pic with 295's on my stock suspension:

Unfortunaltey it's only of the front, but it gives a good idea.

Are you talking about 295/75 R16 vs 305/70 R16? If so, the 295s are taller.
In a comparison of 285/75 R16 vs 305/70 R16, the 285s are a fraction taller.
White Shark said:It'll look fine. 5 years ago, I ran 33x12.5's on stock springs and everyone thought that it looked better than 31's. I have to agree. The 33's look too small with the 850/853 combo. The 34 LTB's on the other hand...![]()
