pertronix ignition

I am trying to purchase an ingnitor 2 and coil and leads for 1977 landcruiser and they are saying they only have them for 74 and earlier I know some of you have gotten this for a 77 can you help me with part # so I can upgrade

There are Pertronix for 1973-older and 1974-77, but the 74-77 is not a Toyota listing. It is actually a Ford listing (I think) that fits the Toyota better than it fits the Ford. We always carry these in the Pertronix I, but have not started offering the Peretronix II yet. Seems like I once looked into cost vs advantage and determined the "II" wasn't worth the extra cost. I guess I'll go back and visit that subject again!!!!!
