SOLD Pertronix Electronic Ignition setup for vacuum advance distributor

I got these part thinking I had a older vacuum advance distributor not knowing I have a later model semi-electronic ignition that is not compatible with the Pertronix electronic ignition upgrade. So for sale is a Pertronix Ignitor 2 and Flamethrower 2 for a fully mechanical vacuum advance distributor. This is the updated set up from Pertronix that will not kill your ignition if you leave the key turned on. I did install it only for about an hour before realizing that the reason my engine wouldn't run right is because my distributor is not compatible. There is a piece of shrink tubing on the black wire because I slightly cut the insulation when I was installing it but it will not affect it at all with the shrink tubing on. Coil and Ignitor with pictured parts - $40 shipped to any lower 48 state.

I can’t guarantee that it will but I just looked up the listing Spector has for this kit and they list it fitting all distributors form 1958 to 1973 so I don’t see why not.
