I've decided I don't have a good reason to keep hoarding all the salvageable parts on my '85 parts truck and could use the money to help pay for the commuter car project. I've seen 'frogger' (Chris) mention he needs a driver front door so he's got first dibs on that. Here's a list of what's NOT available because I'm keeping it or I've already used it:

All front end sheet metal
Rear quarter panels
Engine
Trans
Tcase
Power Steering
Bumpers
Mirrors

Here are a few things I can think of off the top of my head that are still usable and in good condition:

Side doors
Upper rear hatch door
Tailgate is usable but has 2 14" dimater holes cut in it (precut if you want to throw some woofers in there!)
seat belts
Dash components
center console
Glass (I don't know if I can ship this)
Some of the emblems

The exterior and interior are grey. The truck lived in AZ and NM all it's life so there's no rust on the parts that are left. If you have a specific need, let me know. I don't have any idea for pricing but I'll probably use Specter as my guide and then take a percentage off whatever they would charge for the same used item.

How about the grap handles inside the cab? I have some brown ones but I think the grey would look better in my grey interior.

Let me know if your club members do not want them first.

First come first served. I'm pretty sure those are there. I'll check on them. My '87 has a brown interior so I'm not planning to keep any of the interior parts from the '85.

Let me know if you want the brown handles out of my 84 FJ60. You can add them to the interior of your brown rig.
Above drivers head, passenger area, etc.

I think all the handles are the same "ivory" color regardless of interior color.

Thanks- I'll take the "dibs" on the door.
Just let me know what you want for the door and I'll figure out when to come pick it up.
I'll be in Reno most of this next week for work and next weekend I'm heading to Colorado with the family.
So it probably won't be until the 30th, if that's okay?
Then I can see what else you have that I might be interested in...

Waiting a couple weeks is no problem. The truck's not going anywhwere and you have dibs on the door. Do you want all the parts that are attached to the door (glass, panel, handle, etc) or just the metal shell? That will help me figure out how much I want to charge for it. Specter lists the price of a used door with nothing in/on it for $420. TLC4X4 is listing them as costing $200-$325. You should check it out first to decide if it's in good enough condition and then we can talk money.

All my grab handles are ivory. I seem to remember something about headliners and grab handles being the same color, regardless of interior color. I'll check the color.

Marc- PM me about shipping stuff- i have LOTS of experience from my '87 60 I parted out-

Grab handles color

I did verify that the grab handles in the grey interior '85 parts truck are the same ivory/grey color as the ones in my '87 brown interior. Sorry for the confusion D'Animal.
