parting out '67 F motor

i'm parting out the stock 1F motor that came in my '67 40. it has everything and is all stock except for a york compressor and bracket. The compressor is not for sale unless the price is right. stock oil bath air cleaner has a hole in the bottom(resevoir) part, but the top is fine. i haven't taken the motor down, so i don't know what the internals look like. i'll ship everything if you pay, dont wanna ship the block tho...
