No, there isnt a way to remove this without damaging the headliner. Your best bet is to take it to a shop to install a new one

wouldnt happen to have the heat shielding for the exhaust as it passes over the frame rail? i want to route the exhaust on my 97 lx450 over the rail but want to wait till i find the heat shielding piece.

I need the bracketries for both front and rear anti-sway bars (I don't need the actual sway bars though).

Please see the pic for a reference (most of the rear stuff are not in the pic, but...)
I need all the, that connect the bars to the frame.
