Sorry. All that is left is listed in first post. I have updated it regularly.

The only thing I would really like to see gone now is the frame. The rest can go in a box till someone needs it. Obviously it will have to be local or mudship, so make an offer. It was sandblasted and painted, so not rusting anymore. It may go to scrap yard soon if no interest.
