Part-time jobs in Asheville?

I am posting on behalf of my sister again. She is currently living in west Asheville and taking classes at UNC-Asheville before applying to med schools. In the meantime, she is looking for a part time job. Ideally, she would like to get medical experience, and would even consider an unpaid internship for the right opportunity. Otherwise, a standard "college-student" part-time job would suffice.

Check with Merle. He runs a pretty large company that has its HQ in NW Asheville. She may wish to check with MAHEC as to part-time medical work. They are the premier medical "teaching" practice in town. Also, we have at least one member who is a heart-doc in Asheville. You may want to edit your thread name to indicate medical field.

My girlfriend is in Mars Hill in a similar situation. She's not looking for medical-specific work, but in need of a part-time job and looking in Asheville as well.
