We had a complete 105 part-time front end sitting in the shed so after fitting the spool from Marks (part number MFK1210NFH) into the transfer case, we straight-swapped the part time cv's + AISIN hubs onto our 105. For the 105's at least, if you didn't already have a set of part time cv's on hand, you could just change out the outer cv axle with a pre 1993 80 series outer cv axle, Terrain Tamer Part number 43405-60120 (thanks to Jed for that info, and if you want to keep your ABS then the relocation kit part number from Marks is MFK2045). The AISIN hubs aren't waterproof either but they're a lot better than the AVM ones and don't let nearly so much crap in..... so it might seem like a lot of work just to avoid using AVM hubs but I reckon a bit more work now = a lot less trouble down the road.
