A lot of those things are just dealer installed and don't show up in parts catalogs. Ping beno on the forum and see what he can come up with.
Let me Google that for you: Cargo net hooks 
Well - definitely worth checking with beno but here's what I've found. Looks like there are two different designs. Not sure what 06-07 is offhand.
1) for 98-02:
64931B HANGER, TONNEAU COVER, RH
64931-60040-A0 IVORY
64931-60040-B0 MD.GRAY
64932B HANGER, TONNEAU COVER, LH
64932-60030-A0 IVORY
64932-60030-B0 MD.GRAY
2) for 02-05:
64725D and 64726F: HOOK, LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM, NO.1 (RH) and NO.2 (LH) have the same part numbers:
64725-60010-A0 IVORY
64725-60010-B0 STONE
And as I was compiling my post 4Peanut came up with pt347-60990-hk which is a kit that comes with what you would need rather than the individual part numbers that I found. I don't know about model year compatibility but interesting to know there's another option.

The tonneau cover hanger is for the retractable cover thing.
Interesting - but from looking at the parts diagrams it appears that maybe 98-02 only had the tonneau and that 02+ only have the luggage hooks for the net?
Just curious - can anyone with a pre 02 confirm whether they have net hooks or tonneau cover or neither?
I believe both were options and I don't think the cover was a US available item.
Nice... I also have one of these broken... I will add it to the list next time I go see my Yota parts guy...

Theoretically it's not a US parts item. Check with beno, maybe it's like the steelies and he can enter it in the US parts system and get it from Japan.
I only posted it for info purposes. Multiple USA sources show these part numbers for the tonneau cover. The EPC shows it as well If someone was interested, they have ash to burn.

Checked with beno, not available in the US.
Some sites disagree - I personally dont have a dog in the hunt. However TPZ was able to get some parts for me that other dealer sources said couldn't be had 64910-60060-B1 - OEM Toyota COVER ASSY, TONNEAU

I wouldn't even categorize that as "not cheap"....... we're not talking about the little T hooks for the cargo netting, that blucruiser posted, right? No way is that kit $772, is it?
That price is for the tonneau cover not the hooks for the net. we detoured.
