Part Number for This Flare Piece?

Disregard. The piece I have is the plastic filler for behind the mudflap/flare, that the rear bumper "wing" mounts to.
The bottom of the flares on LCs, at least my 91, has a tab Incorporated into the fiberglass to secure the flare behind the bumper "wing". Sorry to get your hopes up

Pictured is mine. The ripped the fiberglass flare off at the bumper wing, so the tab is still attached.

That bracket inside the flare can NOT be bought on its own. You have to get the whole flare or find a part out willing to sell it individually. I just found someone parting out the same color flare with bracket. There is another thread somewhere where, I believe it was cdan, who confirmed the unfortunate info. Good luck.
