You can use 6.3mm silicone from most any parts store.
The more pressing issue is why there is rusty coolant spray across the engine bay...I would address that hose first.

Crancase hose part number
Just replaced those hoses. The one with tape is a crankcase hose 1226266021. Should cost about $14 at local dealer or less from CDan.
Your PCV hose and grommet look pretty new so they must have been replace recently. If not I would do them too as long as I was ordering parts.

LOL. The same hose on my wife's LX is taped up just like that.
I'll be replacing the valve cover gasket this weekend along w/ both hoses.

Thanks for the part number for the hose. I failed smog while on business in Fresno, CA. They said the hose was cracked at the nipple and needed to be replaced. I called all the local dealerships as well as the auto parts stores in the area. It was a special order. Will have to get the smog redone now.
