I'm doing a timing belt job + a number of other things. I am remediating a number of things the previous shop did 60k ago (or didn't do). All of the harness clips on the drivers side upper cam/timing chain cover are broken.

Here is my cover:

This is an ebay listing that shows the harness clips I need (unbroken version).

So far my research has brought me to Partsouq which shows these PN's. They only show two clips like the image from Ebay and I don't trust the accuracy of the part numbers for my application.

My clips that hold the harness are "ratchet style" clips that clamp over the top which is missing in their diagram. Then there is one open clip (90467-09031) I believe, which on my cover is very brittle; and then the slide style clip which is intact.

Anyone run into this where they had all of these clips broken?

I figure in this situation I'm just going to use zip ties with the push clips. I have multiple large assortments of clips; thinking I can just use these:

Unfortunately anytime I move this harness I'll have to remove the cover to replace them unless I can find the Toyota clips.

I've been trying to find a few harness clip p/n's for my 100 lately... I've just started but I can't find where this stuff is listed (electrical? Body? Collision?) by 'yota either.

Just rando searching webs and forums then ordered a couple of pieces to compare... (long way from finding the clips for the T-Case harness still...)

This 82711-3H380 has the 3H380 molded into it and a large '7' on it, ID is a wild estimate of 0.350" and could be a possible match:

Does your broken part show 3H380? may be a prrtial number clue?

Then, just because we're here posting clips, the 82711-3H180 is a much larger clip that mounts on a blade type bracket with an ID of ~1.650" and a big '25' cast into it:

EDIT: A google image search for "82711-" brings up a lot of leads. More numbers and photos from the 80 forums here also Mystery wiring harness clamp - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/mystery-wiring-harness-clamp.73140/

I think you nailed it! Awesome!

I can't read a 7 on mine, but there is a line on top of the clip and a small inscribed number "3H380____2" on the side. I didn't even see that number the last two days. It does look like it had a big 7 on top of it before it crumbled.

@AlpineAccess , Stevinson Toyota West of course... free shipping on orders over $75 is usually offered so I add little bits to get to $75 when ordering other stuff.

The -3H380 was $1.64, I have 1 in Longmont if you want it, just replace it in the future. Dealers may actually stock these as I assume a few part numbers covers a lot of vehicles and their techs probably break some to from time to time.

Thanks Andy!

I don't really make it down to Stevinson in person but I blanked on the free shipping. That's great.

I decided to go with the zip tie harness clips that I have for now and order these clips in the future when I have a full cart! It takes under a minute to pop that timing cover off and put the new clips in, and I'm short on time wrapping this project up.
