I had no idea that I was causing a problem. This forum (ih8mud) has been a great resource for me in the past. I am not sure what padding my post count is, but I am sure that you will clue me in. I assumed that users that searched this forum would have an edge on the actual market value of LC's. Kbb.com and other resources give you a starting point. The two replies that I received were exactly what I needed and was looking for. BTW, if I buy this LC I was considering selling my current LC on this forum. I was trying to get an idea on the number of hits/activity for your section. In this forum, users place a heavy emphasis on whether or not a LC has lockers and would value them greater or lesser than the avg individual that has never owned a LC. If you really wanted to give some guidance as an administrator then you may have suggested where I post a question like this in the future.
