Question regarding the bushings for Panhard Rod in particular:
http://www.whitelinesuspensionparts.com/w83388

Whiteline has bushings for all the rear control arms (upper, lower, later/panhard) - the upper and lowers come with or without the "shell" but this panhard Rod bushing comes only WITHOUT the shell.

I had the panhard rod off last night and was planning to remove the bushing and replace with these, but it wasn't clear to me if I should press out the metal bushing shell or keep them and reuse them? i.e. were these whitlines designed to reuse the existing shell (and I just drill out the old rubber) or were they designed to be used without the shell at all (and I press out the metal shell)?

Anyone know?

Got their tech support on the phone and in case anyone else has this question, they explained to me that they are designed to be used without the shell - i.e. the outer diameter of the bushing = inner diameter of control arm hole. The example I had in mind that had two variations with and without a shell is http://www.whitelinesuspensionparts.com/w63351 vs http://www.whitelinesuspensionparts.com/W61699A
They explained that both require pressing out the metal shell from the old bushing and both are designed to be used as is (if it comes without a shell it's meant to be used without a shell). The A in the end of the part number usually indicates a redesign, and some of their parts are "fitter friendly" that are bushings in two peices without the shell that don't require pressing in for ease of installation...

Hope that helps someone else too.

Great tech info. Thanks for following up
