First of all.. Let me apologize for what you have gone and are going through regarding this particular order. I will be honest. No crap. We have been having problems here at work that had spiraled nearly out of control. Most customers had a hard time which included you. I have finally (yesterday) gotten a hold onto the situation and am reassessing the business and work as I write this. I read your post on Mud and completely understand it. You have all the right to complain.
Give me 12 hours more to send you a more comprehensive reply regarding the date of your shipment and some more. Customer care is extremely imp for me. So is respect. I will do whatever is in my power from here to gain some of the lost respect back.
All I can say at the end of this email is... Thank you for your patience.
