Is it correct that the existing O2 sensor wiring can be removed from the exhaust pipe original sensors and re-routed to the PAIR holes? Meaning they are long enough? Does it matter which goes to which hole?

There is no problem with the length of the wires. You may have to re-route the wires to make sure they are out of harms way.
Yes it matters. One O2 sensor is for cylinders 1-3 and the other is for 4-6. in 93-94 models. You don't want to change that.

I moved the sensors to the manifold without issue. I’ll see if I have any pics of it. It definitely keeps them out of harms way.

I'm having trouble figuring out which plug to which location. I don't see it mentioned in any of the existing threads. Maybe doesn't matter?

The one that the wire comes out of the passenger side firewall goes to the front bank the one that runs down by the transmission goes to the rear bank. These pictures suck but hopefully it helps.
