i don't know, the rear bumper is a nice arb also. what made you comment on it looking like a 80 bar.

I always thought the 60 series bars were just too tall, and only really looked right on a hardcore heavily lifted rig. The 80 bars are shorter (heightwise) and IMOP better looking. I just noticed this particular one cause it seems shorter and doesnt haev the extra crossbar.

i might just be an aussie version. if i remember right, the guy that posted those pics originally took them at a aussie off road show.

After looking in the 60 series registry, I think you are right. I never noticed that. I like the look of the one in this thread much better than the "taller" ones now.

Awesome links, thank you. Auto painting really is an impressive art. I decided to forgo painting this weekend to do more prep. I'm 90% close to doing it right, might as well go all the way.
I counted all the little dings, rust spots and dents I've fixed along the way - 28 so far. One of those 28 includes replacing virtually the whole roof skin. Sooooooooo much more work than i was expecting...but i was expecting that!

The bullbar shown on the black 60 series is currently being developed by ARB and should be available soon (or rumour has it Down Under.)

P.S. Yes I know I've got to get a better code-name.

that would be Nice! i hope ARB sells it over here if they do:D

its a more modern shaped bar for the 60S thats available. Dam you guys have some cheap good paint. 2K is great and lasts much longer, less scratches also. I just got a Devilbiss spray gun and regulator filter from the USA, so cheap compared to here.Cost me $600.00 here for Debeers 2k french blue to paint the "handbrakes" Corolla seca. Just take your time and goodluck.

More prep means more pride!!!!!!!!!
Good on you for not rushing!
