Painting basement concrete floor

Any suggestion on how to properly prepare this floor for new paint? 1920s house. It appears that is has been painted before at some point. It had half broken up tiles on it when I started. I scraped those up. Thinking of using Behr 1 part epoxy paint. Do I need to prime or what?

what did you do with the asbestos tile? what are your plans for the asbestos mastic?

if it were me, after removing any environmental hazards, I would grind it and stain it. much better than painting....
