Ok to make a long story short i had made this same topic on another thread got alot of reply's, and was told to use krylon satin spray paint:mad: .I spent a good day sanding with 180 grit paper and bondo were needed. This was my first paint experience and turned out honorable. The finish was bad if i touched the top you could see my fingerprints and went to use windex on the windows after and some go on the paint and it became faded.
SO really just want to know what paint can i use to make this top look good. I had a hard time trying to cover the top with spray paint and had a lot of runs. Is rolling the paint on a better and easy solution? Also looking for a paint that has a good finish something that does not change colors if i touch it.
Any help would be nice here is my ride i dont post much here but browse alot i really want to get a 40 but it will have to wait. thanks in advance guys.

As you learned, I'm not big on cheaping out on the product for such things. The time and effort put into things is usually more of an issue than the money for decent material.

With the plastic/fiberglass nature of the top, you have a few different issues going on than just painting standard automotive sheetmetal. I'd find a local paint distributor and bend the counter guy's ear about what you want to do. He'll set you up with the proper products.
