I'm a little OCD about my LX.
I have a few minor rusty areas underneath on the chassis.
What paint do you recommend for this?

If the rust is light surface only, bust it with a wire brush/scuff pad and shoot it with any auto grade spray paint.

If it is deep scale, grind off the scale and coat with a rust inhibitor like POR 15.

Run a search on the topic, there are a ton of threads about rust prevention.

Being OCD about these trucks is certainly common ground for us all..

Get a picture up, I would always use rust converters on rust, epoxy based preferably. Some eastwoods extreme chassis paint over that if it isn't to bad.

Looks great! What I have done before is spray Metal-Ready (POR-15 product), wash/clean off then, in your case, spray Zero Rust or Eastwood/Rustoleum paint. In the past, WD40 or some oily fluid would have sufficed for this :)

Shoot what rust?? Seriously though that's nothing to worry about, but the little surface rust you do have just wire brush it and then coat the entire underbody to keep it that clean.

I'll admit I have a touch of OCD.
Does that POR-15 product leave a flat black color finish?

The rust that you are showing is very light, no pitting seen at all. A good scrubbing with a stiff wire brush will remove it. Treat with OSPHO or similar, clean up, prep and paint. Like any paint job, the key is in thee prep. Keep in mind that gloss paint sheds dirt and water better than flat. Rustoleum Industrial is good solid oil based paint that you can pick up anywhere.

It comes is matte black, semi gloss, gloss, etc. there is also a spray-on topcoat they offer as well which I really like (aesthetically) over the normal coat.
