Paint help

Went to my local ACE trying to find "tintable" Rust-oleum or Stop rust. All I could find was Rust-Stop base. Will that do for painting my 40? I asked the Ace guy about tintable paint in those brands and he looked at me if as I was smoking crack. Can anyone shed some light on this issue. I thinking about re-doing my 40 in the same color.
What is the color of a white top? I know its white but I need the right "white" color.

I Pm'd you back. I forgot to ask you, What color is your 40?
