P0420 and P0430 - but passes emission test

Folks,

Having cured my misfire I now have the P0420 and P0430 codes which Toyota said the car needed new cats if the codes didn't clear after a while running without the misfire - at a cost of £1500. I took it for an MOT test as it needed one and I thought it might pass and it passed the emissions test with flying colours.

So I was wondering what else I should get checked - I guess it might be the backstream O2 sensors but not sure how I test them. Any thoughts would be welcome,

You're lucky! Most emissions testing facilities here in the US will give you the finger if your CEL is on.
