Anyone tried this on their LC200 series? Guy I worked with did it on his 15 Tundra. My GAWD it's a world of difference. Feels like a completely different truck. All torque and very peppy. Maybe 2 more horses he said. Seems to be very popular with the Tacoma boys. They say it definitely take out the gear finding issues and lag. Curious to see who done it.

Haven't tried it but I'm curious if there's actually an ECU change or if this is more like PedalCommander.

FWIW I find just turning ECT PWR on makes the truck peppy.

AFAIK only 8spd hunts for gears.. and 18+ encryption hasn’t been cracked yet.. so only 2 years even have the option of addressing that fault.

Also more power must mean more timing and maybe leaner mixture. Neither of which I’d want to do if I planned to keep the rig long term.

Ever move on this? Guy from Overland Tailor Tuning is coming to my hometown next week and I have a friend planning to have his ‘17 and ‘18 LC’s tuned—I have an ‘07 and wanted to research more before entertaining the idea

@achris44 and @willstroo he is in fact all of those things--y'all would just love him. And, thanks for the reminder to use the effing search function-- I'm finding it's super intuitive-- by the time I deep dive enough to find tuning info specific to the 4.7 L 100 series I'll probably be just frustrated enough to just buy the tune out of frustration
