I know many of you are subsribers to Overland Journal and I know they are an advertising vendor here so I thought this news would be welcome.....
Ok so the title of this thread tough to get but the idea is super simple and cool...
Overland Journal has partnered with Disabled Explorers to be the title sponsor of Continental Divide Expedition! This will be a huge help for us with all the knowledge and resources they command. Scott Brady (expeditionswest) is well known and respected in the overlanding/offroad community, Chris M.(bajataco) has stunned many of you with his pics and trips report, Brian M. has marketing knowledge to burn, Roasanne H. knows tons about non-profits and working in conservation and Jonathan H. is a masterful editor and storyteller.
I can't say enough about how great it is to work with these folks and learn from them. I know it will help get the word out about Disabled Explorers and the need to maintain open trails for everyone, not just the handicap.
I will work hard to capture great pics & high quality HD video footage during the trip so you can all read about it in the pages of Overland Journal.
Post trip I want to post up more about our build, results of trying everything for 24 days & 5000 miles, the Continental Divide route, trip report and more...I have gained quite a bit of knowledge around here so time so start paying the debt.
