Thank you for all the support. Yes, Land Cruiser 100- my apologies for stealing the thread if it was for something else. I re-installed it without the grease zerk, but with some grease on the splines and it is 80% better. I have had the truck apart for awhile (5mo) so I cannot recall if the vibrations i feel are tires, alignment, or driveshafts. The gears were done by professionals. I reinstalled the diff. I think my next step is to get it aligned, then see if I can get the driveshafts balanced to eliminate that. After a lot of monkeying around before i posted- know that this over greased drive shaft issue can cause the front to vibrate violently at low speeds (less than 25mph). i haven't driven it more than 2-3 miles like this because it was so bad. I'd leave the garage, turn around, and be back in less than 1000 ft most of the time.
Let me know if you think there is another next step that I should take.
