.24 acre lot at the end of a culdesac in Delta Waters area of Medford. 1512 sqft 3 bed 2 bath house. Detached two car garage. Big backyard and side yard. Short (height wise) RV parking, it will fit a fullsize truck or my Pig but a full RV would hit the roof of the garage. Fully fenced backyard. It's got new windows, pergo floor, new heat pump, new countertops, stainless stove/fridge/dishwasher. It's a decent place as i did live there for 4 years. I'm asking $1100/month on Craigslist but would let it go for $1000/month if I knew the people moving in. Animals OK. I'm officially putting it on Craigslist next week but I wanted to try here first.
