Thought I had a flat the other day and realized I had no idea if I had a viable spare or not. Bought the car in 2021 and never checked the condition. So, last week, I took a look and appears to be the original spare, with a date code in late 1996. So going in today to have a new tire mounted, just in case. Can't imagine anyone would want an original spare that was never used (certainly not safe to drive on at any significant speed), but if you do and you're in the SF Bay Area, happy to hold onto it for you to get it.
