Ok guys, much ado about LSVP delete & ABS removal on rigs that’ve never been modified explained as museum on here.

My rig already has the LSVP deleted & a GM hydro-booster installed with rear proportioning valve in place. (Willwood)

So I’m assuming much of the work to delete the antiquated ABS modulator on the driver fender has already been somewhat completed.

QUESTIONS:

1. Rear GM brake line port (from MC) goes directly into Wilwood proportioning valve. Then plumbs into the top forward (closer to bumper) ABS unit.

What bottom port, of ABS unit, is the exit line/port for the rear brakes?

Once identified, can I just attach those two hard lines together with a female/female coupler?

2. Front brake line port (from MC) goes into the top rear (closer the fire wall).

Which of the bottom 2 ports are the exit for the front brakes?

I already assumed the lower rear (closer to firewall) goes to front passenger disk, by following it across the top of the firewall & down.

So can I just get a T-fitting to connect from MC line to the lower rear line & whichever other bottom line all together?

Then I believe I could toss the ABS module.

Am I looking at this system correctly, as it’s currently in my rig- partially modified already?

So I’d just need a single female/female fitting & a T-fitting all Toyota thread pitch?

Let me know if any particular detailed pics would help someone.

Asking for help with knowledge due to my back back not allowing me under my rig to chase lines in all directs & it’s super grimy because of a power steering leak

Thanks fellas!

And if a vaguely recall…

The ABS modulator fitting ends are different that the standard 10mm fitting on the rest of the rig?

I’d like to buy 2 adapters, as opposed to buying new lines, or worse yet- modifying existing lines….

Good morning fellas.

I wasn’t able to get any concrete answers the last couple days.

Going to refresh this question now that it’s 3 pages down.

1. Anyone know Toyota part numbers for a T-fitting & female to female coupler?

2. Anyone can confirm the brake line fittings are all the same or are the fittings going into ABS modulator a different thread pitch or flare?

Sorry for the dumb questions, but I’d like to have the correct parts on hand before digging into the brake system.

I did try searching, but most threads I found were mostly answers to questions regarding the soft brake lines only.

So I found this part on another thread about brakes. I’ll be ordering part 90413-10058 today.

That should mate up the ‘in line’ to the ABS actuator to these 2 ‘outlines’ from the ABS.

Still working on a OEM Toyota part to couple the in & out lines for the rear lines.

Search ABS Delete. I did mine about 5 years ago following a write up on here. The write up was a little older, but if you dig around, I know its out there.

Pert number & photo listed above sounds NLA.
$13 at pastor.com, NLA.
$30 at partdeal, NLA.
Random OEM sites $40, but I’d imagine it’ll get canceled as NLA.

I was able identify the lines of the ABS unit.

Upper red circle is front ‘in’ line for ABS modulator.
Lower 2 red circles is the ‘outlines’ for ABS connectors.

Top blue is ‘in’, notion blue is out line.

That T-fitting would be perfect from the front lines.

There is a 90* elbow in the system somewhere too. I recall using it to disable & reconnect rear LSVP lines years back.

Just gotta find those 2 parts!
