Thanks to our governor, Oregon’s lockdown is now thru July 4th.
As an IH8MUD Cascade Cruiser family we need to get outta here and plan a day or weekend getaway. Anybody interested?
I’m still working but know some people who are at their wits end with this. Very thankful to not be stuck at home over 50 days now. My high school friend is literally loosing it. No unemployment check or stimulus payment yet. It’s a bummer that it’s ratting right through his savings. Hope your all being safe.

While this is challenging, and lots of issues on all sides. To be clear, the emergency order is not...shelter in place. Oregon declared a state of emergency on march 8th, 2020, and shelter in place was announced March 23rd. The state of emergency grants certain powers/budget control.

Also worthwhile to note that dispersed camping is still OK… just can't park at a trailhead or count on park/forest services.

Well yeah, if you’re at a campsite you might as well be RVing, because everyone else around you will be ;)
