Guys

I finally ordered my combiner/isolator from Hellroaring for the 80.

Is there any place around here that will custom make a couple battery cables?

Or where can I get the cable and terminals to make them myself?

Any tips for soldering and/or crimping them?

Thanks, Jon

Thanks, yeah I plan to reach out to him before I attempt the install.

Might be good time for another electrical tech day. I want to make some jumper cables with quick connects...

Hey I am all for that. I eventually want to do the same thing. I found them online but they are like 175.00 you can buy all the parts for like 60 or so.

You two talking about Anderson Connectors? I'm thinking about doing the same thing

We keep all of the accessories you are looking for in stock and can make you your battery cables to custom lengths with tin coated wire. Very nice cables. We also have the Anderson connectors in stock for making plug in jumper cables. Be careful to install that Hell Roaring kit properly.

I would be more than willing to run another electrical tech day at our new shop and show you guys some of the ins and outs of the dual battery systems and proper wiring that most dont know. It will be fun. Along with a discount on parts and some free wire making labor to go along with it.

Yeah, all the warnings gave me a little fright. But really seems pretty straight forward.

I'm sold. Let's do it.
