Looking to buy my first car in Perth WA and have been chasing a 1HDT 80 Series. This car i’ve shown here in the photos is a 1990 1hz 80 series (515xxx km) is swapped with a 1hdt engine (300xxx km). It’s still running the original 10mm fuel lines but owner says he hasn’t had any issues with it starving for fuel. He’s shown me a video of the car running and the inside of the engine bay, super clean, no blow by. Cars been professionally tuned to 220hp. Since he’s purchased the car (65k km ago) there has been no service history for it as he’s done it all himself, claims he does oil/filter and fuel filter every 5k km and gives it a good look over and says he has heaps of miscellaneous receipts to back this up. Any thoughts and comments on this car would be appreciated.
