Coming in peace from the 100 series forum.

I have a hold on this 2008 LC --> Autolist

Here is the service history --> Carfax

Just under 30k OTD

Underside pictures look spotless as a TX car should be. Lots of fluids and brake job at 90k per Toyota service history.

Any insight into this:

Yeah that is an expensive emission repair. Folks that are out Of warranty usually opt to remove the pumps and block off the with plates at the engine.
