You said you took the wheels off. Did you put them back on in the same locations? If all the wheels put on the driver front look off like the current one, then I'd investigate hubs, alignment, etc, on the driver side.
One OEM wheel isn't as wide as the other 3?

No I didn't, but I should have. I tried the spare on there and it looked the same. I'll have to wait until I have access to another jack and jack stands this weekend to switch them.
Is ride height the same? If it's lower in the travel it's going to stick out more.
Just grab a tape measure and measure the rim width. If the rim width and tire sizes are the same, you know it's something other than the wheels...
