A buddy of mine was checking out my rig after I installed the lift and noticed the nut on the back side of the steering stab was rubbing the relay rod when flexed. The main reason for this was because the "cone shaped" stab hardware didn't quite fit into the stock mounting holes, which left a gap between the mounting surface and stab hardware. Well after getting the hardware flushly mounted there is still only 1/8 " clearance between the two. Is this enough clearance?

I know this prob doesn't make a whole lotta sense, so pics for clarity will be added later.

TIA-

If it is what i am thinking i have the same issue now.....i need to get under there and press it in better....i will wait for your picture:)

Here are some pics....

You can see where it was hitting before the stab was pressed all the way in.

Now that the stab is pressed in I think it will be fine, but the clearance is minimal... an 1/8" at its closest point.
