I'll bet that EFI 2F runs way cleaner than mine, yet it is clearly illegal in the State of California. Jealous though.

Good project. I'm hoping @FJ60Cam will come over and convert my FJ60 to LS 5.3 6.0 one of these weekends. It looks like he works for beer and fried food and I can handle both of those. And as a bonus, we have Temple Coffee within walking distance.

Yeah just need to remove the cluster to get to the gauge. I must have a 62 speedo (bought used from eBay I think) as it is more than long enough to get the cluster away and my hand behind to under. And I don't have small hands.

Yes, but that is not a way to spend more $$

If you unhook at the t-case you'll likely have to push the cable up some where it enters the cabin, and it won't take much to give you more wiggle room behind the cluster.

It's kinda different that the throttle cable mounts straight up like that at the throttle body. But as long as it works that's all that matters.

That’s the way Cam did his years ago and it worked so we repeated it.

Thanks for the heads up on the speedo Cable. I unhooked it and shoved some slack into the cluster and it slid right out.

I stuck the Check Engine Light wire into the yellow wire vacated when I removed the choke cable.

This allows me to use the choke light for Check Engine. Clean. Thanks for the tip @FJ60Cam

No. I’m likely going to pull the head and have it done so ignore it’s needed I have it ready for someone.

Isn't the orientation of your TBI setup slightly different @White Stripe???

Ya it is. I didn't mean to bash the top setup thats used here, just thought it was different, didn't mean anything negative about my statement just to be clear.
