Update to 2020 body style.

Hi guys I am new to LC, I am thinking of getting one real soon. I currently have a Lexus LS460L.

I googled I see lots of YouTube videos of kits from China or sold in Malaysia etc.

These kits from the aftermarket are they there for price or necessary for it to fit? Meaning Is it because I cannot buy a Toyota by factory part because they won’t bolt on, so these aftermarket parts copy the look and shape but make it bolt on?

if there are threads about it I would appreciate links they certainly did not show up on google.

So far from videos, this is what I can see that’s changed:

Bumper
Hood
Hood hinges
Under grille metal beam
Beams that go between fender and grille
Headlights
Grille

Rear;
Upper rear door garnish and trim, glass can be reused.
Rear tail lights
Side step with lamp
Lower door moulding
Rear bumper

Don't think it's a popular mod here since the cost is a bit high for what's probably a crapshot quality wise. I've only seen those weird 80 to 60 series conversions and that one 100 series LX to LC front clip. You'd probably have better luck checking a russian or middle eastern forum since I think the majority of people doing the swaps are there.
