Hi all, I have a slight problem with my brothers LX450, oil leak under the distributor cap at the seem to the head. Any ideas whats the problem and how to fix it?

Under the distributor cap, as inside the distributor? Or at the base of the distributor at the head. If it's at the base it's probably the distributor o-ring, an easy cheap fix.

inside the distributor is dry, its at the seem on the bottom.
Do i have to pull the distributor out?

Distributor o-ring. Yes, you will need to remove the distributor to replace it. The part number for the o-ring is 90099-14118.
