Oil in coolant yet excellent compression

I have a 92 Toyota 4x4 pickup ext cab, manual, 4 cylinder. Good amount of oil in the coolant. No visible coolant in oil. Compression test when engine cold and hot reads 155-165 on all cylinders. No indications of compression gasses in cooling system. Runs great and does not overheat. Any suggestions?
